Continuous conversation sensemaking
How it works
In many countries, public discourse is migrating from large social media platforms to Telegram groups. These are notoriously difficult to monitor: hundreds of messages a day in threaded conversations, often in several languages, around the clock.
The bot is added to a public Telegram group, reads the messages participants share, and turns them into a structured report: the topics people raise, the narratives and arguments that form, and which groups advance them.
01 - Listen
The bot sits in a public group like any other member. It stays silent and reads every message participants share, around the clock.
02 - Topics
From the raw stream it extracts the topics that occupy the group, and the concrete issues raised under each: a closed crossing, a blocked convoy, the price of bread.
03 - Groups
It then maps the opinion groups in the conversation: the recurring positions people take and what share of the room holds each one.
04 - Cruxes
It identifies the crux, the question on which the room genuinely splits, and shows how evenly or unevenly opinion divides across it.
05 - Shifts
Over time it flags shifts: which narratives gain ground and where language sharpens, down to a single term spiking within days.
06 - Report
Everything condenses into a weekly briefing. Each finding cites the messages behind it, and all participants remain anonymous.
